The hotel is a nice comfy base for a trip in Ha Long. The employees are really helpful and excellent. Its location is amazing right by the Cave, the Island and the Kayaking, a beach, and the other boats. Bai Chay district is worth your attention. The restaurant serves delicious local food. Thank you for a good stay. It is a straightforward and fine property located in Bai Chay district near the caves, the other boats, and Halong Bay, Vietnam. The room is well-appointed with great views, also they can offer wake-up service. The staff are very efficient and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. While the location was central to other boats, the noise level was quite high. the room had a small, comfortable balcony, but the bathroom was nothing special. the service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Breakfast options were average with nothing significant to note. the activities planned were enjoyable but crowded. the staff seemed friendly, but nothing stood out. it was a decent experience.
The drinks provided at the bar were limited, and the prices were steep.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay on Athena Royal Cruise. The cruise manager, Chien, went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special by arranging cake and flowers. The trip was well organized, with enjoyable activities and a comfortable room. The food was excellent, and the staff were accommodating, willing to make changes to the set menu. The overall cruise experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely recommend this cruise to others.

The food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose. the second day of the cruise was our favorite, as we had the opportunity to relax and explore Ha Long Bay. While the drinks were a bit pricey, the happy hour deal was a great value. it was one of the highlights of our trip to Asia so far, and we highly recommend it. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and sun terrace were impeccable. the leisure/TV room, restaurant, and bar/lounge area were elegant, and the special diet menus were versatile. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the luxurious experience. the location advantages provided us with beach access and more.
The only minor issue was the entertainment which lacked a bit. this didn't affect the overall experience much.

Spent xmas in a cruise ship in Vietnam. the route was absolutely stunning and breathtaking. the staff were professional and friendly. the room I had was comfortable and clean. They provided reusable drinking bottles which was a nice touch.
They charged me for additional water on board which was unexpected as I thought basic necessities would be included in the price. the weather wasn't the best, but that wasn't their fault.
